Say where the tile will be used and whether you need a floor or wall product. Ask for the manufacturer’s approved applications and performance information for that exact tile; do not assume a wall tile is suitable for a floor.
Finish, color & dimensions
Compare the finish and color with nearby cabinets, walls and flooring. Ask which dimensions and samples are available, and review the product’s variation information before ordering.
Care & order details
Request the current care instructions, product identifier and written warranty. Agree the quantity, any additional material allowance, lead time and order terms with the team and your installer.

Do you sell tile or install it?
Our everyday tile offering is material supply only. Discuss installation arrangements separately with your installer.

Can I see samples before choosing?
Ask about current samples for the product you have in mind when requesting a showroom visit. Sample and collection availability are confirmed by our team; every manufacturer line is not necessarily on display.
How do I check suitability for my room?
Give us the intended room and application. Review the exact manufacturer’s technical information with your installer, including any wet-area, floor-use or care requirements. A finish or general product description alone does not establish suitability.
What should I include in a tile inquiry?
Share your room, approximate size, desired finish or color, any product name or link, and your preferred timing. Choose “Tile Products — Supply Only” in the existing request form; it is preselected from this page and you can change it.
